He is survived by: his mother Betty Moxley Perez of Sparta; his fiancée Rachel Viers; his children, John Curtis Bennett, Jr. (Elena) of Ennice, Joshua David Bennett (Hannah) of Fries, VA, Hunter Griffin of Sparta, Avery Griffin of Ennice, Jacob Griffin (Sara) of Ennice, Autumn McCoy and Amber McCoy; his grandchildren, Oaklyn Nicole Bennett of Ennice and Jayce Coy Bennett of Fries, VA; and his brothers, Mitchell Bennett (Tina) and Wilkesboro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
