He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Sebastian; and his aunts, Ruth Sebastian and Mae Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sebastian; his daughters, Diane Barker of Ennice and Janet Tompkins of Ennice; his grandchildren, Brandon Edwards (Rhesa) of Marshall, NC and Amber Hampton of Hampstead, NC; his great grandchildren, Paxton Lee, Alice Lee, Porter Edwards and Audie Edwards; and his cousins, Mary Tanklersley of Bristol, TN, Mary Lisa Harper (Charles) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Glen Tankersley (Sunny) of Bristol, TN, Kim Ryan (Dennis) and Charlie Sebastian.
