She is survived by: her children, Gary W. Wood of Erwin, Steven A. Wood (Abbie) of Dunn, Veronica Wood Johnson (David) of Erwin and Jennifer Wood Lewis of Erwin; and her grandchildren, Stephen Holland (Holly) of Erwin, Candise Wood Cowan (Tim Jr) of Erwin, Stephanie Wood Honeycutt (Tyler) of Salemburg, Alvis "Bryant" Wood (Casey) of Godwin, Jorge Johnson of Erwin, Reyna Johnson Geiger (Jeremiah) of Fayetteville, Lorna Lewis West (Jonathan) of Cranberry Township, PA and Alexis Lewis of Erwin.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Erwin Church of God (109 W C St, Erwin, NC 28339). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
