With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billy Franklin Ballard Sr. of Erwin, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 2, 2025 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Ballard McLamb. He is survived by: his wife Annie Parker Ballard; his children, Billy F. Ballard, Jr. (Revonda) of Erwin, Michael Ballard (Marcia) of Sanford, Debbie B. Norris (Wayne) of Coats and Teresa Tripp (Shawn) of Erwin; his grandchildren, Jordan Ballard, Hannah Ballard, Ethan Norris, Ryan Norris (Abbigail), Madison Tripp and MaKayla Tripp; and his great grandchild Thomas Norris.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dunn Funeral Home of Erwin (904 Lucas St, Erwin, NC 28339). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
