He is survived by: his wife Debbie S Willingham of Erwin, NC; his stepsons, Joseph Avery (Jennifer) of Erwin, NC and Matthew Avery of Dunn, NC.; his grandchildren, Jordan and Savannah Avery of Erwin, NC.; his brothers, William Clark Willingham III (Michelle) of Georgia and Wesley Willingham of Georgia; and his siblings' children, Ashley Willingham (Eddy) of Georgia, Lindsay Willingham of Kansas and Clark Willingham of South Carolina.
