She was predeceased by: her parents, Grayson Leroy Rippeon, Sr. and Annabelle Grimes May; her husband Roy Lee Sier, Sr.; her daughter-in-law Rosie Michelle Abrecht; and her sister Brenda Lee Landis.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Lee Sier, Jr. and Rita Frickman Badgett (Guy); her grandchildren, Michael Allen Frickman (Amanda), Ryan Wesley Badgett, Amanda Nikole Frickman (Jonah), Brandon Carle Badgett, Branden Leroy Sier and Bradley Alan Sier; her great grandchild Connor Lee Frickman; her siblings, Cindy Rippeon-Kehne (Kevin), Kathy Baugher (Marty), Grayson Leroy Rippeon, Jr. (Lynn), Terry Rippeon (Kathy) and Michael Rippeon (Sheila); and her friends, Linda Kuykendall (Burns) of Martinsburg, Leon, Donna Cannon of Keedysville and Mildred Alling (Millie) of Raleigh. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
