She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kitchener and Pauline Faulkner Ralph; her husband Bill Lanier; her son Ralph Lanier; and her brothers, Frank Ralph, Jr. and Danny Ralph.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Lanier (Kimberly) and Sarah Wells (Michael); her grandchildren, Kenan Lanier (Mercedes), Hayden Lanier (Allison), Jacob Wells (Taylor), Thomas Wells (Katie) and Paul Wells; her great grandchildren, Grayson and Charlie Lanier; her sister Sandra Joseph; and her sisters-in-law, Virginia Powers and Cathey Ralph. She is also survived by her five grandsons.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Upstairs Parish Hall at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church (201 Denim Dr, Erwin, NC 28339). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the St. Stephen's Episcopal Church (201 Denim Dr, Erwin, NC 28339).
