Tanner; his daughter Rani Tart; his son-in-law Allen Tart; his grandchildren, Madison and Ethan; his son John Gaster; his nephew Ronald Tanner; his siblings-in-law, Louise Tanner, Joyce Daniels and James Tart; and his nieces and nephews, Andy Tart, Danny Barefoot, Terry Daniels, Larry Daniels, Allan Parker, Elaine Barefoot, Wanda Beaufort and Kim Edwards. He is also survived by many cousins, neighbors and friends.
