She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Troy Norris and Mary West Norris; her siblings, Leo Norris, Earl Norris and Margie Pope; her children, Sandra Dennis, Timmy Pennewill and Thomas Jones Pennewill, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Avery of Erwin, Christey Kirk (Greg) of Hickory, Scott Pope (Luna) of Coats, Ashley Sherman of Erwin, Donna Smith (Michael) of Lillington, Derek Dennis of Erwin, Tyler Dennis (Kassidy) of Erwin, Jonathan Miller, AJ Brewer of Erwin, Kendall Pennewill of Meadow, Jace Pennewill of Meadow and Jackson Pennewill of Meadow.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Faircloth (Timmy) of Erwin, Pat Jackson (David) of Coats and Amy Owens of Erwin; her sisters, Betty Pope of Erwin and Ann Tyndall of Erwin; her children-in-law, Rudy Dennis and Darlene Pennewill; and her sister Magdalene. She is also survived by twenty-two great grandchildren.
