It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie June Dorman of Erwin, North Carolina, who passed away on November 1, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Thurman James and Vernie West Dorman; and his brothers, Paul D. and Charles Duane Dorman. He is survived by : his wife Priscilla Kay Dorman; his children, Stephen L. Dorman (Rhonda) of Dunn, Felicia Kay Cooke (Danny) of New Bern and Tama June Portaro of Banner Elk; his grandchildren, Olivia Ross, Mary Catherine Ross, Caroline Cooke Peterson (Alex), Morgan Dorman and Landon Dorman; and his great grandchild Charlotte Cooke Peterson.

In lieu of sending flowers or "planting a tree", the family asks that memorial contributions can be made to Erwin United Methodist Church, 600 Denim Drive, Erwin, NC 28339.
