We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2025, at the age of 85, Frances Blount Tullar of Etowah, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband John Tullar; her daughter Nancy; her son-in-law Tim Coleman; her son Barney White; her son-in-law Kaz Kirishima; her sister Marian Blount Evans; her grandchildren, Matthew St. Marie, Michael, Amanda St. Marie, Kiffer and Sarah St. Marie; and her great grandchildren, Sawyer, Madelyn, Judah, Sophia, Noah and Mia.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Rapha House (127 School House Rd, Mills River, NC 28759).
