It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Connor of Etowah, North Carolina, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Connor to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his father Richard "Dickie" Connor; and his grandparents, George, Myrtle Murphy, Lloyd and Lena Connor.

He is survived by : his mother Mary Murphy Connor; his father-in-law Jimmy Metcalf of Woodruff; his sister Robyn Morgan (Mitchell) of Etowah; his nephews, Cameron (Hannah) of Hendersonville, Grayson (Kaitlynn) of Canton, Dean and Shepherd; his niece Naomie; his little dachshunds, Lulu and Minnie Pearl; and his caregiver Rick.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Four Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, 571 South Allen Road, Flat Rock, North Carolina 28731, or Rick's wish was to give money to a needy family.
