He was predeceased by: his father Jack Tomkins. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Tomkins; his siblings, Jean Herrmann (Norman) of Etowah and David Tomkins (Yvette) of Ft. Lauderdale; his niece Jennifer Swayngim; and his nephews, Jason Herrmann of Etowah, Alexander of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. and Christopher Jack Tomkins of Ft. Lauderdale, FL..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Etowah United Methodist Church (110 Brickyard Rd, Etowah, NC 28729).
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in Scott's memory to Four Seasons Compassion for Life, 571 South Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731 or to a charity of one's choice.
