He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Charles Countee Edwards Sr. and Beatrice Margarette Edwards (Oates). He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Edwards, Corey Edwards and Cameron Edwards; and his brothers, Brian Edwards of South Carolina, Michael Edwards of Rhode Island, Steve George of Rhode Island and John George of Rhode Island. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a charity supporting sporting dog rescue, wildlife conservation, or another organization that reflects Charlie's lifelong love of the outdoors.
