He was predeceased by: his sister Kelly Howell Coburn. He is survived by: his mother Sherry Whitaker Howell Bowen (Walley) of Williamston; his grandfather Odis Whitaker (Susan McLaurin) of Williamston; his fiancé Krissie Madrell of Everetts; his daughters, Alyssa E. Howell and Brianna Boyer of Everetts; and his brother Jason Howell (Stephaine) of Bear Grass. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Williamston First Pentecostal Holiness Church (1000 N Haughton St, Williamston, NC 27892). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
