She is survived by: her husband William Lowery of Boardman; her siblings, Shelton Lowery of Delco, Janice Carroll (Dewey Carroll) of Delco and Zudie Gurgainus of Delco; her nephew Michael Johnson of Delco; and her siblings-in-law, Chris Smith of South Carolina, Allen Lowery, Sandra Hernandez of Evergreen and Bonnie of Bolton. She is also survived by 6 great nephews; 2 great nieces; 11 great great nieces and nephews.
