She was predeceased by: her parents, London Cass Carter, Sr. and Edna Juanita Thompson Carter; her husband Tommie Joe Nobles; and her siblings, Shelby Hodge, L. C. Carter, Spurgle Carter and Simmie Faye Mills.
She is survived by: her son Kent Fowler (Christa) of Chadbourn; her stepson Harold Wayne Nobles, Sr. (Wanda) of Chadbourn; her grandchildren, Logan Fowler (Brittany), Austin Fowler (Leslie) and Harold W. Nobles, Jr. (Brenda); her great grandchildren, Lucas, Lawson, Carter, Landon and Paisley; her sister Shirley Carter; and her brother-in-law Tommy Hodge.
