She was predeceased by: her parents, Flavius Fletcher Spencer, Jr. and Sarah Spencer Meekins. She is survived by: her siblings, Flave Spencer (Pat) of Fairfield and Martha S. Ross (Lester) of Swan Quarter; her nieces, Callie S. Carawan (Cory) of Swan Quarter and Megan Spencer (Cooper) of Greenville; her great-nieces, Charlee Carawan and Sloan Greer; and her great-nephew Carter Carawan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hyde County 4-H Club or the Fairfield Volunteer Fire Department.
