He was predeceased by: his parents, Quinton Asher McLellan Sr. and Fannie Lee Walters McLellan; his siblings, Quinton Asher McLellan, Willie Robert McLellan, Duncan Preston McLellan, John Simpson McLellan and Peggy McLellan Lewis; and his foster son Jon Eby.
He is survived by: his wife Delia Jackson McLellan; his sons, Michael Wade McLellan (Christy) of Carrollton, GA, James Joseph McLellan (Joey) and Justin Luke McLellan (Joni) of New London, NC; his foster son Thomas Eby of California; and his brother Archie Kinnon McLellan of South Hill, VA. He is also survived by his 8 granddaughters, 3 grandsons, and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bethesda United Methodist Church (4413 Leggett Rd, Fairmont, NC 28340).
