She was predeceased by : her parents, Brady Locklear and Vista Strickland Locklear; her husband Cleveland Oxendine, Sr.; her children, Wendy Oxendine and Perry "Frizz" Oxendine; her daughter-in-law Patricia Oxendine; and her siblings, C. L. "Buddy", Irma Wyke and Clem Rice.
She is survived by : her children, Cleveland "Kojack" Oxendine, Jr. of Fairmont, NC, Kenny Oxendine (Doris) of Fairmont, NC, Don Oxendine (Sindoria) of Fairmont, NC, Anita Oxendine (Dobbs), Gwen Oxendine and LaToria Oxendine; her grandchildren, Donya A. Oxendine, Kimberly N. Lowery (Ty), Jamie Oxendine (Winona), Chad Oxendine (Shirley) and Corie Oxendine (Natalie); and her great grandchildren, Kanaan Locklear, Cristyn Oxendine, Keylan Oxendine, Kendrick Oxendine, Kaisley Lowery, Priseis F. Oxendine and Paxton R. Oxendine. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
