She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Reed and Lavenia Reed; her husband Walter Raye Jr.; her daughter Nechelle Renee Raye; and her siblings, Charles Reed, Annie Crawford and Carolyn Reed.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda L. Turner; her grandchildren, Lasasha Raye, Raheem Turner and Preston Turner (PJ); her siblings, Brenda Rogers, MD (Lee), Patricia Love (Shorty) of Lumberton, NC, Linda Reed of Proctorville, NC, Lois Reliford (Bill) and Herald Reed of Proctorville, NC; and her uncle Lorenzo Wilson (Lisa) of Lumberton, NC. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
