With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deloise Baxter (Fairmont, North Carolina), who passed away on May 13, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Deloise find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Richard and Maggie Watson (NC); her parents, Flossie Watson and NY; her siblings, Mona Addison (NY), Richard Addison (late NY), Barbra Ann Ryles (late MD) and Harvey Watson (late NC); her aunt Fonnie McKinley; and her children, Della Bellamy and Leroy Jr. (Felicia). She was also cherished by nephews, nieces, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Aaron Swamp Baptist Church (3854 Iona Church Rd, Fairmont, NC 28340). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
