He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Gaddy and Clara Stephens Hayes; his children, Angetti Pearson and Alfonzo Pearson; and his stepfather Harry Lee Hayes.
He is survived by : his wife Amy Moore; his daughters, Shakira Stephens of Fairmont, NC, Candise Evans of Fairmont, NC and Tia Watson (David) of Fairmont, NC; and his siblings, Shirley Mae Mcrae (Ronnie) of Orrum, NC, Wanda Reese of Sumter, SC, Michelle Hayes (Tony) of Fairmont, NC, Ida Jones English (Thomas) of Fairmont, NC, James Peagues (Rosa) of Charlotte, NC and Lee Morris Peagues of Fairmont, NC. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two aunts, two uncles, four sister-in-law's, two brother-in-law's and a host of other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
