She was predeceased by : her parents, Sylvester Emanuel and Flora Jane Brooks; her husband Leroy Locklear; and her siblings, Ellie Emanuel, Quintmon Emanuel and Alease Blanks.
She is survived by : her sons, Robbie Locklear (Wanda) and Ronnie Locklear (Robbie) of Lumberton. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and other family and friends.
