He was predeceased by : his wife Marilyn Sinclair; and his siblings, John Sinclair, Alvin Sinclair and Delois Sinclair. He is survived by : his children, Keith Fulmore, Porschelia Corrinard (Joel) and Tyshaun Sinclair; his grandchildren, Braydon Corrinard, Zaila Corrinard and Jakiyah Abram; his siblings, Minnie Wiliams, Nancy Fox and Charles Sinclair; his siblings-in-law, Aice Wilkerson (Donald), Learidean Alford, Geraldine Fulmore and Macieo Fulmore; and his mother Diane Gerald. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
