He is survived by: his wife Annette Hayes Luckey; his children, Dr. Tomiko Machingura (Ronnie) of Maryland, Tonya Collins (Lamont) of Lumberton, Annette Jones (Chris), Yvette Hayes (Frankie) of Fairmont and Antonio Hayes of Fairmont; his brother Kevin Luckey of Florida; his siblings-in-law, William Hayes (Sarahlyn), Charles Hayes and Kimberly McRae (Johnny); and his mother-in-law Nettie Hayes. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
