She was predeceased by : her parents, James Shannon and Aurelia Sease Shannon; her husband Gordon Ervin, Sr.; her son James Raleigh "Jimmy" Ervin (Kristen) of Mt. Holly, NC; and her brothers, Jim and Bill Shannon.
She is survived by : her children, Jay Vance (Tammy) of Miami, Gordon Caldwell, Brady Grier Ervin of Charlotte, NC, Lana Bass (Donald) of Fairmont, NC, Dana Bailey (Bill) of Fairmont, NC and Vee Ervin Daniel (Kenny) of Prosperity, SC; and her daughter-in-law Rhonda Ervin of Greenwood, SC. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
