She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady C. Berry and Bessie McKellar Berry. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert (Barbara), Thomas, Gilbert, Thad, Boyd, Duncan Berry, Minnie Lee, Doris (Earl) and Emily Margaret Berry; her son-in-law Max Floyd; her husband Willie Paul Byrd; her children, Joey (Michelle), Kathy and Gale (Mike); her grandsons, Michael (Dakota) and Matthew; her sisters-in-law, Maudelle and Virginia; her nieces, Mary Lib and Nancy; and her nephew Billy. She is also survived by brother and sisters to her and a host of other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Floyd Memorial Cemetery (1591 Marion Stage Rd, Fairmont, NC 28340).
