It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raeford Hodge of Fairmont, North Carolina, who passed away on February 12, 2026, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dayton Hodge and Mary Hodge; his wife Cathy Hunt; his sons, Raeford "Jim Bob" Hodge and Ray Dwayne "Beaver" Hodge; and his sister Nancy Jones.
He is survived by: his sister Belinda Hursey (Randy) of Fairmont; his nieces and nephews, Teresa, Tina, Dayton and Bobby; his grandchildren, Miracle and Logan; and his brother Wayne Hodge. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
