He was predeceased by: his father Richard Carl; and his sister Myrtle Oliver Floyd. He is survived by: his mother Lida Leggett Oliver; his sister Betty Karl Oliver (Dixon); his brother-in-law Fred Floyd; his nephews, Fredrick J. Floyd (Laura) and Samuel Britt (Brittany); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maddox Britt, Sawyer Britt, Cash Britt, Rose Floyd and Charlie Floyd.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Olivet United Methodist Church or to Marietta Cemetery.
