Hayes of Fairmont, NC.; his grandchildren, Antonio Hayes of Fairmont, NC., Annette Hayes (Chris) of Fairmont, NC., Yvette Hayes of Fairmont, NC. and Jayla McRae of Fairmont, NC.; his siblings, Linda McDuffie (Lou) of Apex, NC, Joyce Bullock of Marieta, NC and Howard Mclean of Fairmont, NC.; his siblings-in-law, Iola Moore, Orelean Hill of Fairmont, NC, Helen Ford of New Jersey, Loisteen Moore of Lumberton, NC., Frank Moore of Fairmont and James Moore of New Jersey; his cousins, Nanette Hayes and Maggie Gaddy of Marietta, NC.; his nephews, Linwood Hayes and David Bullock of Fairmont, NC.; and his close friends, Clyde Edwards and John Pinkney. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
