She was predeceased by : her parents, James B. Watson and Leila Hayes Watson; her husband Robert John Furey, Sr.; her siblings, Lois Boone, Rivers and William Watson; and her son-in-law Gary Lowe.

She is survived by : her children, Sylvia Refenes (Jim), Wendy Lowe, Cindy Melton (Tommy) and Kenneth Fussell (Julie); her grandchildren, Amy, Lauren (Russell), Jonathan (Sharon) and Ben (Lindsay); her great grandchildren, Emma, Bella, Evelyn, Mia, Santi, Carter, Juliana and Whitten; and her sisters, Patricia Throckmorton (Keith) and Elizabeth Nelson.
