She was predeceased by : her parents, Octavia Cameron and William Cameron; her sisters, Lucille Merrill of Barhamsville, Virginia and Anne Gilreath of Fairview; and her close friend Bruce Davis of Fairview, NC..

She is survived by : her nieces, Melanie Kuykendall (Rod), Cynthia Arnette (Rick), Dianne Jordan (Ron) and Sandra Harvey (Gordon). She is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews and one great-grand niece.
