He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Walter Ledbetter Rogers and Edna Tweed Rogers; and his siblings, William "Burnice" Rogers and Aileen Rogers Lynch. He is survived by: his son Jeremy Rogers (Tammy); his grandchildren, Kimberly Weisenhorn (Daniel) and Scott Rogers; his brother Rev. Charles Rogers (Pat); his brother-in-law Roy Lynch (Kay); his nephews, Michael Rogers, Shane Rogers, Chris Lynch and Steve Lynch; and his niece Debbie Rogers.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church (455 Hollywood Rd, Fairview, NC 28730). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
