She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Myron Owenby and Agnes Penley Owenby. She is survived by: her sons, Michael J. Owensby (Kelly) of Fairview, NC and James D. Owensby (Jamie) of Swannanoa, NC; and her grandson Austin M. Owensby of Fairview.
