He was predeceased by : his parents, Willard Franklin Shaw and Thelma Lucille Fulp Shaw; and his brother Jerry Shaw. He is survived by : his children, Leslie Shaw Ward (Tracey), Lance Shaw (Tracey) and Jason Shaw (April); and his grandchildren, Cade, Carlyn Shaw, Tye, Easton Lewis and Fayth Ward. He is also survived by extended family, and many special friends.
