He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Snyder. He is survived by: his father Reece Snyder; his siblings, Teresa Colloton of Charleston, SC and Weylin Snyder of Waynesville, NC.; and his nephews, Devin Colloton (Winter), Clark Colloton and Rory Leighty.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (538 Tracy Grove Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28792).

In honor of Stan's memory, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society, an organization close to the hearts of his family.

“I offer love and prayers to your family for comfort and healing. I will not be able to make it Wednesday, but I at least want to share my condolences. I feel so sad about Stanley’s passing. He spent a lot of time in my classroom at BME with my special needs students. He did much more than clean up and keep things sanitary. Stanley took an active part in helping them learn and feel needed. I had several boys who looked up to him- one even calling him “Boss.” He will be greatly missed. Ann Bell”
