She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cleburne and Margaret Elizabeth Pridgen Moore; her husband William Douglas "Bill" Lewis, Sr.; and her son John Moore Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Carol Poortvliet (Ken) of Faison and Doug Lewis of Faison; her daughter-in-law Kelly Lewis of Holly Springs; her grandchildren, Olivia Lake Stocks (Byrne), Will Lewis, Maggie Lewis, Jacob Lewis, Elizabeth Poortvliet and Emily Poortvliet; and her great grandchildren, Laythan and Gracie.
