He was predeceased by: his father Leland Edwin Tolar. He is survived by: his mother Teresa Swinson Weeks; his stepfather Woody Weeks; his siblings, Trampus Tolar of Dudley, Teshia Weeks Purvis (Matt) of New Bern and Ashley Weeks (Jennifer Weeks) of New Bern; his stepbrothers, Steve Jolly, Jr. of Wilmington and Jason Jolly of Raleigh; his niece Sydney Purvis of New Bern; his aunts, Cindy Swinson Bailey (Alan Bailey), Lynette Coward (Tex Coward) and Sandra Tolar Pena (Robert "Bob" Pena); and his uncle Doug Swinson of Mount Olive.
They suggest that memorials be made to Wayne County Animal Shelter, 1600 Clingman St., Goldsboro, NC 27530, or to any local humane society.
