He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Wessel (Corey), Sandra Moore (Gene) and Penny Howard; and his siblings, Wendy Blakenship, Lynwood Howard, Thomas Howard and Terry Howard. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
