He was predeceased by: his grandmother Susie Upton. He is survived by: his parents, Wesley Lemar Upton and Shelley Lynn Clary Upton of Fallston; his brother Acie Upton of Fallston; and his grandparents, Trudy, David Clary of Earl, Dale Upton of Fallston and Bertha Blalock of Ranlo. He is also survived by three aunts; three uncles; and two cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Burns High School (307 E Stage Coach Trail, Lawndale, NC 28090).
