She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas "Tommy" Wainwright; her sons, Thomas "Tom" Wainwright Jr. and Phillip Richard Wainwright; her parents, Ernest Golden Phillips and Daisy Owen Phillips; and her siblings, Ernest Phillips, Arlene Baker, Ann Anderson and Shirley Jefferson.
She is survived by: her son Wesley Chad Wainwright (Heather); her daughter-in-law Michele Wainwright; and her grandchildren, Garner Wainwright, Evan Wainwright, Eden McLawhorn, Leah Wainwright, Sydney Wainwright and Everly Wainwright.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel (4226 E Church St, Farmville, NC 27828).
