He is survived by: his children, Lisa Shirley (Bert Lamm) and Jody Tripp of Farmville; his siblings, Betty Jean Pittman, Hazel Gray, Bertha Pennell, Blanche Butts and Richard Tripp Jr.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Gooch, Melissa Shackleford, Joey Tripp and Lizzy Tripp; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Gooch, Nathan Baker and Ember Shackleford.
