He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Edward and Edna Mae York Weir; his daughter Gretchen Weir; and his granddaughter Kari Leigh Weir. He is survived by: his son Dennis Weir (Ashleigh) of Farmville; and his grandsons, Dorian and Stellan Weir of Farmville.
