He is survived by: his children, Angie Johnson (James) of Fayetteville, NC, Amy Hicks (Doc) of Fayetteville, NC, Kayanna Locklear of Fayetteville, NC, Pamela Hunt (Willie) of Proctorville, NC. and James Lowery of Rennert, NC.; his grandchildren, Angelica Locklear of Jacksonville, FL, Veronica Sharper, Jada Smith of Fayetteville, NC, Nevaeh Hammond of Proctorville, NC, Isiah Locklear, James Johnson, Anthony Hunt and Willie Covington Jr. of Proctorville, NC.; and his siblings, Leon Locklear (Iris) of Hope Mills, NC, Larry Locklear of Rennert, NC, Susan Lowery (James) and Doris Whitehead. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
