It is with sadness that the passing of Betty Gaines of Fayetteville, North Carolina is shared. Betty, born on February 9, 1947, passed away on September 27, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Betty will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Betty by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Betty is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Betty’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Robinson, Patricia Robinson and Sylvia Spearman; and her siblings, Stewart Robinson, Jr., Samuel Hawkins and Mary Inez Dockey. She is also survived by grandchildren, seventeen (17) great-grandchildren and one (1) great-grand dog and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wiseman Mortuary (431 Cumberland St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
