He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Lula Davis and Katie McLean; and his son Rashad Davis. He is survived by: his mothers, Rhonda McLean Davis and Carol Davis of Lumberton, N. C.; his children, Quanecia Davis, Christopher Thompson, Raven Davis (Cece) and Shekinah McBurney-Davis; his grandchildren, Jacky Hammonds, King Christopher Thompson, Chrislynn Thompson, Christopher A'King Brisker, India Vaughn and Ivy Vaughn; his siblings, Carol Taylor of Charlotte, N. C., Angela McLean of Los Angeles, C. A., Marilyn Davis (Matt) of Fairmont, N. C and Tyrone Davis (N. C.); his aunts, Margie Jenkins (Davis) and Betty Sue Davis; and his great-aunt Margaret Hough. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
