He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Forest Harrell and Margaret Julia Leonard Harrell; his son Forrest Mark Harrell; and his brother David Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Kay Williams Harrell; his daughter Julia Kay Harrell Luedtke (Frank) of Linden, NC; his grandchildren, Morgan Raeburn Luedtke Wells of Fayetteville, NC and Dillon Charles Luedtke of Fayetteville, NC; his great grandchild Kadence April Wells of Fayetteville, NC; his sister Vera Weiss (Frank) of Wilmington, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Harrell of Matthews, NC, Mildred Spivey of Wilmington, NC, Anita Julian of Howard, KS and Larry Criminger of Little River, SC.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
