He is survived by : his father Jessie James Locklear; his brother James Lee Locklear; his children, Joey Locklear (Daneal) of Red Springs, NC, Claudea Locklear Smith (John) of Raeford, NC and Marlena Locklear of Red Springs, NC.; his grandchildren, Joy Faith Smith, Dakota Locklear, Joey Locklear, Jeremiah Locklear and Ashton Khol Collins; and his siblings, Glenn Dale Locklear, Joyce Locklear Stewart (Greg), Patricia Chavis and Sandra Locklear. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
