He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecilia Brischo and Frank Douglas; and his siblings, Charles Brischo, Joseph Douglas, Audrey Johnson and Rose Mary George.

He is survived by: his son Charles Douglas (Jasmine); his grandsons, Charles Ian and Ethan Douglas of Columbia, SC; his son David Douglas; his grandchildren, Cecilia Uni and Dav'ree Douglas of Las Vegas, NV.; and his siblings, Elizabeth Briggette Douglas, Crisitite Wilson, Annette D Sam, Brenda Douglas, Michael Douglas and Anthony Douglas.
